May 13 On Your Mark: Mixed-Media Workshop 10:00-3:00
We think we live in a fast-paced world now, but people have felt that way for decades. The exhibition Go shows how artists in the 1900s expressed the rapid pace of their own time. After checking out the paintings, sculptures, works on paper, photographs, and textiles in the exhibition, you’ll work with an artist to explore movement, poetry, and painting together in the creation of your own mixed media work of art.
Registration opens on April 1, 2017.

June 10 Change the Frame: Photography Workshop 10:00-3:00
Robert Frank has spent decades photographing scenes of everyday American life. See the world through his eyes in the exhibition Robert Frank: Photos Books Films. Then, learn a new photo technique and showcase your skills as you work with an artist to create photographic images of things that matter to you. Cameras will be provided but you are welcome to bring your own.
Registration opens on May 1, 2017.

Check out the Teen Programs Facebook page and Instagram to see photos from past workshops.
